Locke is a writer and journalist who's currently Head of Editorial at obé fitness, an online premium fitness platform. She is a certified health coach through Emory University, and has worked and written for publications including Shape, Women’s Health, Oprah Magazine, NBC, Self, Greatist, WebMD, HuffPost, and Refinery29, among others. Locke is also the author of Melatonin: The Natural Supplement for Better Sleep. She's passionate about empowering others to live well through her work. When not at the computer, you'll find her in a hot yoga class, exploring in the mountains, or relaxing with friends and wine.
